Truffles and Termes in Tuscany

Truffles and termes (Italian hot springs) and traveling to visit the vineyards and olive orchards of Tuscany including an estate farm that has been making wine since the year 804 located on the grounds of a Medici Villa. Here you will have a rare chance to see the production of Vin Santo, a traditional Tuscan dessert wine. Tasting regional Cinta Senese prosciutto with a stop at the Chianti Cashmere Goat Farm in Radda in Chianti. Staying in a farmhouse villa and stopping in Florence for Renaissance art and essences and a panoramic view of the city from the surrounding hills with a visit to the heart of Tuscany to a city designed by a Pope to taste pecorino cheese and buy artisan linens of exquisite quality.

Bolognese Hills

Traveling along the Via Emilia to visit a castle in a magical forest dating to the time of Charlemagne.
